12 ounces Contessa x-large Cooked Tail-on Shrimp
1/2 pound linguine
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons basil leaves
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Cook pasta for 8 minutes in boiling water.
Add shrimp and cook for additional 2 minutes then drain.
Mix pasta, shrimp and the remainder of the ingredients in pot and simmer on low heat for approximately 5 minutes.
Place on large serving platter and sprinkle cheese on top.
